The two above comments, "anon" and "wooster" of the new wikia, prove my above points quite well I'd say.

I state which wiki I'm with, they pretend to be uninvolved when they are both prominent wiki users who are, like me, also keeping track of all information regarding the split. However, whereas I try to provide a valid stance, they just push POV on individuals. Utterly Pathetic.

The dicatatorwiki ("D&DWiki") should be noted for it's two most prominent members; Hooper and Green Dragon.

Hooper appears to be a malicious user who goes out of his way in order to a) stalk users of the offshoot Wikia ("the wikia"), b) slander both the wikia and it's members and c) hypocrisy against D&DWiki policies, never mind his strict promotion of them.

The sycophant Hooper should be disregarded as representing D&DWiki and anything he says, especially his slanderous ways, should be ignored.

Please do not let his war on the wikia put you off either wiki.

An incredibly awesome website--where most other sites have very unbalanced material, much of the homebrew classes and feats on the wikia wiki have ratings that estimate their power.

The other wiki mentioned seems to have a lot of trash and incomplete material, poorly created builds in their optimization section, and one has to sift through a lot of trash to find the gems--many of which have had their creators' names removed by the administrator after the users left the wiki, replacing it with his own.

The upstart wiki ("wikia") has already came into trouble with threats of using DOS software to harm the old wiki ("D&Dwiki") and general attacks. Though the wikia users had valid reasons in leaving the old wiki, they have really just created a new site for overpowered material.

D&Dwiki has increased in traffic and user base by an astonishing 50% since the split, as the creators of the new wiki constituted the most abrasive of our former members. We're also one of the top 100,000 websites in America and closing in on two million hits.

In short term - D&Dwiki is here to stay. We wish the wikia folks luck but hope they stay away and don't actually try any of the threats they've discussed.
