1) The gametable software will not adjudicate game rules, so presumably you won’t have to buy a book to enter a feat on your character sheet. They would have to lock you out of adding feats from books owned by other players in your group like you can do now, so I don’t think this is going to happen.

2) It’s $10, but the service won’t be mandatory.

playgroups or individuals not having access to feats/etc unless they OWN each book corresponding to it.

and the possibility of a monthly subscription over 5$
